Carlisle, Massachusetts AA Meetings
Situated in Middlesex County, the town of Carlisle is home to a large number of citizens that are slaves to the unhealthy use of alcohol. Alcohol addiction is capable of destroying lives, families and relationships. Addicts won’t be able to mature themselves and develop their potential while being dependant on alcohol. This and many more reasons make the issue a pressing matter that should be addressed as soon as possible. Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) is a nonprofit and international fellowship found by Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob Smith in 1935. Both were sufferers of alcohol addiction. And after they were able to sober up they aspired to help others achieve that milestone as well. By the early 21st century Alcoholics Anonymous showed extraordinary success by having more than 2 million members in over 150 countries. AA Massachusetts is open to anyone without putting the age, gender or ethnicity of the individual into consideration. It is open to any individual that’s under the influence of alcohol and is determined to become sober and fix past mistakes. An alcohol user is very likely to be mentally unwell and socially excluded. The AA community is determined to help that individual overcome those issues in addition to helping him or her achieve sobriety. To keep track of its members, AA frequently holds either open or closed meetings. AA Carlisle creates the perfect opportunity for former and current alcohol users to interact and learn from each other. These meetings follow a carefully put 12 step approach that can be modified to suit each and every member. Even though the steps are modified, the 12 traditions are rigid and defined in the big book: the main governing literature of Alcoholics Anonymous. Our AA community provides the safest environment where members can become and stay sober. You can check out our website for more information.
