Situated in Morris County, New Jersey, United States, Randolph consists of a great deal of citizens that are slaves to the excessive use of alcohol. Alcoholics Anonymous, founded in the United States in 1935 by Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob Smith, is a voluntary fellowship of men and women who were formerly addicted to alcohol.
