Types of AA Meetings
Newcomer: AA newcomer meetings in Wisconsin are educational in nature, designed to share the mission and goals of AA with individuals who are just starting the program. They give experienced members the chance to share their insights, answer questions, and provide support.
Secular: Secular AA meetings lack a faith-based component of healing and tend to focus on practical experiences and challenges. Secular meetings are usually attended by atheist, agnostic, and non-religious members.
