Big Book Study Meetings typically start with reading from the AA “Big Book,” Alcoholics Anonymous: The Story of How More Than One Hundred Men Have Recovered from Alcoholism. Then, members usually discuss passages, while also sharing their insights or personal experiences as they relate to the material.

Online AA Meetings in Delaware

Online AA meetings became widely used during the pandemic, because in-person meetings were unavailable. Today, online meetings are still thriving, and some have gained even more attendees. Many people like to supplement their in-person meetings with online meetings. This allows them to attend a meeting any time, day, or night. For others, socializing through an online presence just feels more comfortable than communicating in an in-person group setting. Many online meetings take place over a platform such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, or Go to Meeting. But AA online meetings can sometimes also be attended via chat rooms, discussion boards, or by telephone.
