Alcohol Use disorder is becoming an increasingly common problem throughout the world and especially in the United States. NY AA meetings are designed to help those who acknowledge their alcohol dependency and have the desire to stop their urge for nonstop and excessive drinking. AA meetings are available all over the globe, its membership has no requirements but the desire to do something about their drinking problem. AA meetings started back in 1935 and it continues to this day helping those who needed an extra push to fight against their urge to drink. The main idea of AA states that alcoholism is an illness that can be managed but is hard to control. AA meetings are now available in person and online as well. In person AA meetings in Fairport are found on all parts of the town and they offer these services to those who seek to help themselves.
