Little River is a small town in South Carolina’s Horry County. There are AA meetings in Little River, SC as well as other AA meetings in South Carolina that aim to provide safe places for those with alcohol use disorder (AUD) to get the support and help they desire on their road to recovery. AA is a worldwide fellowship with nearly a century of history providing support to people with AUD. Members support each other in sobriety through the famous 12 Steps of AA, which has a spiritual twinge to it even though AA is not associated with a specific religion nor does it require members to follow a set of religious beliefs.
