Little River is a small town in South Carolina’s Horry County. There are AA meetings in Little River, SC as well as other AA meetings in South Carolina that aim to provide safe places for those with alcohol use disorder (AUD) to get the support and help they desire on their road to recovery. AA is a worldwide fellowship with nearly a century of history providing support to people with AUD.
