Hope, Arkansas AA Meetings

The birthplace of the 42nd President of the United States Bill Clinton, Hope is a city in Hempstead County in southwestern Arkansas. The city has its fair share of residents who have alcohol use disorder. Hope AA meeting provides a platform for these residents to get help. AA, or Alcoholics Anonymous, is a worldwide group support organization that was developed in 1935 to help people with alcohol dependence achieve long-term sobriety. AA meetings are therapy sessions that last for at least an hour. At these gatherings, attendees get to share their alcohol addiction stories and participate in group discussions on topics surrounding the debilitating disease. AA meetings are free to attend.
