Eldred, Pennsylvania AA Meetings
Like so many communities in the United States Eldred, located in McKean County, Pennsylvania, has a history of alcohol addiction. Therefore, the borough which was named after Judge Nathaniel B. Eldred has in place Alcohol Anonymous programs to offer support to its residents who are struggling with a dependence on alcohol. Alcoholics Anonymous or AA has become the go-to group therapy treatment method for alcohol addiction. One of the main reasons why that is the case is because of its guiding principles – the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions. Both are detailed in “The Big Book,” which is deemed as the organization’s bible.
