Agoura Hills is a beautiful city located in the eastern Conejo Valley between Simi Hills and Santa Monica Mountains. Agoura Hills is located in the Western Los Angeles County and is bounded on the north by Ventura County. This city has a large population of which a reasonable number have alcohol-related issues.
