Brewer, Maine AA Meetings
Named for its first settler, Colonel John Brewer, Brewer, Maine, was known for brick-making and ship-building in the 1850s. Like most cities across the state, this small city has residents who cope with alcohol use disorder (AUD). To find AA meetings in Brewer, use our online directory. Alcoholics Anonymous has been helping people recover from AUD for over 85 years and is the world leader in AUD peer support groups. The medical condition known as AUD is recognized by its defining traits, including uncontrolled drinking, an obsession with drinking, and the inability to stop, even when drinking is destroying one’s relationships.
