Richfield, found in the state of Ohio has a lot of residents that are struggling with alcohol abuse. This issue in the society has been and continues to be the root of many dysfunctional lives and relationships. This makes it a matter that requires considerable attention and care in the community. Founded by Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob in 1935, the non-profit fellowship Alcoholics Anonymous was formed with the need to help people struggling with alcohol abuse as they themselves were a victim of the problem. Alcoholics Anonymous was able to succeed with over 2 million members in more than 150 countries by early 21st century. Alcoholics Anonymous Ohio opens its doors to people who are struggling with alcohol addiction and want to change their situation regardless of their race, ethnicity and gender. Towards this goal, Alcoholics Anonymous Ohio holds meetings on a regular basis to help its members to the best of its ability. As all AA meetings, AA meetings in Richfield carry out a well thought out 12 step approach with adjustments being made to better cater to each individual. But, all AA meetings have the same 12 traditions as defined in the main governing book of Alcoholics Anonymous. Through these meetings, many people were able to help themselves and others get better and find a better path.
