Wapello, Iowa AA Meetings
Wapello is a city in Louisa County, Iowa. A portion of its small population has a dependency on alcohol. To provide a healing option for its residents, the city has set up Alcoholics Anonymous meeting locations. Alcoholics Anonymous is a group support organization set up to directly help people who need help for alcohol addiction. Alcoholics Anonymous, or AA, is a fellowship of men and women from all over the globe who have or had an alcohol dependency. These individuals meet regularly in one location for at least an hour in what is known as AA meetings. At these alcohol therapy sessions, participants share their addiction experience, feelings, and hope with each other so that they can solve their common problem of alcohol addiction. Attending AA meetings is easy. There is no signing in, no cost for entrance, nor are there any appointments needed to be made. AA meetings are kept in a safe, highly supportive, and private environment. There are no intrusive questions asked, nor any obligations outside of a desire to quit drinking. Each attendee’s privacy and anonymity are fully respected. If you decide to attend AA meetings in Wapello you will not be met with a demand to return.
