Salisbury is a large city in Wicomico County and is part of the Maryland-Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area, in the U.S. state of Maryland. A substance use disorder is experienced by some persons in Salisbury. Those persons are therefore advised to seek assistance from the AA meetings in Salisbury.
