Gardiner, New York AA Meetings
Gardiner, a town in Ulster County, is home to some people who struggle with alcohol addiction. Alcohol use disorder, the consumption of alcohol even when there are negative effects, has become a big problem in almost every part of the world. People drink for different reasons. Usually, people have control over when they drink and how much they drink the first few times. It is, however, easy to lose control and find it difficult to cut back on alcohol intake. If you are one of the people experiencing this, joining an AA meeting around you could be helpful. AA meetings are carried out by members of the Alcoholics Anonymous community. They create a conducive and warm environment where everyone is free to share what they are passing through and how well they have been dealing with it. NY AA meetings use a 12-12 step approach to keep people in recovery. It used to be difficult to locate the closest AA meetings but we have created a list of all AA meetings in Gardiner. Joining these meetings is free. The desire to quit drinking is the only membership requirement. There are different types of NY AA meetings to suit your needs. The meeting could be open, close, LGBTQ, Virtual, Men’s only, Women’s only, etc.
