Time to visit an AA meeting? AA meetings are becoming increasingly popular over the past couple of years. They have proven to be effective for those who are trying to deal with their alcohol use disorder (AUD). NY AA meetings are a place for these individuals to feel safe, a place for them to share and talk about their struggles. AA provides something for recovering alcoholics that therapy or medication has been unable to, and that’s the camaraderie. Meeting friends, and building a bond with your fellow members while helping each other stay sober can be a lifesaver. AA meetings in Setauket- East Setauket are offered in different forms.
