In consideration of the serious effects of the condition, treatment is a solution to improving the lives of people with this disorder. One of these societies, known as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), is a worldwide organization of people with substance use disorder who want to solve their common issues and to help other members in recovery from AUD.
