Located in the northwestern part of Connecticut and named after Litchfield, England, Litchfield has the lowest population density in the whole of Connecticut. Big Book meetings allow people to work from AA’s primary text, while speaker meetings allow people to listen to a speaker share about their experience with alcohol use and becoming sober. There are also meditation meetings, candlelight meetings, or women’s only or men’s only meetings. There is a meeting that is available and waiting to support you or a loved one on the journey to becoming sober.
